Business Strategy

Presently, the supply of fruits and vegetables and beset due to too many intermediaries in the value chain. As the product changes hands, it is leading to diminishing of the value of produce ot the ultimate consumers. Also present supply chain practice is mostly operated without cold chain presence, an important infrastructure support in any fruits and vegetables business, thus leading to higher level of wastage in case of perishables.

LTGLAI proposes to ourcome this challenge by creating an efficient corridor for supply of fresh produce and managing supply in a very scientific manner till it reaches consumer. The model de-risks trnasactions to farmers and improves the value for money to the consumers.
